Appointments
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
A courtesy appointment reminder will be sent by text message. We appreciate 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As a courtesy to other clients if you arrive late by 15 mins or later we reserve the right to reschedule appointments.
Please reschedule your appointment if; you are feeling unwell; In the last 14 days you have; travelled interstate; visited a known “hotspot”; returned from overseas; been in contact with any person known to have Covid 19.
Weddings
A 25% deposit is required to be paid 1 month in advance. Cancellations made less than 10 days before appointment the deposit will not be refunded.
Gift Certificates
Are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to cash, and must be redeemed by the expiry date. No expiry extension will be given.

Satisfaction
If you are unhappy or experience a problem with your hair, please advise us within 7 working days of your appointment. We do not provide refunds of any nature but we will do our best to work with you to reach a happy outcome. No consideration will be given for change of mind or ignorance to professional advice.
Products may be exchanged but cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
